The weather here is metaphorical:
The constant background noise we blame when nothing changes. It watches habits calcify, systems grind on, and apathy dress itself up as normal life.
Is this a tale of an unseen person in a relationship or is it an observation of watching a world crumble and doing nothing; I'll let you decide.
The words were written by me as poetry, never intended to be sung — but they found their voice through the assistance of AI, and against my better judgment, they insisted on becoming something else. What emerged is haunted, defiant, and strangely human.
At some point, a red-haired interloper arrived, took the microphone, and changed the tone entirely.
She wasn’t invited — but she belonged.
So I let her stay.
