The Food Grade Food Show - EP 40 - Smoked Trout Spread - Fast - Easy - Fun
This is a recipe for Smoked Trout Spread.
1. Smoked Trout, squish out oil
2. Capers, a few spoonfuls
3. Pickles Relish, a coupal’a’ more spoonfuls
4. Pepperoncini’s, cut up, a few more spoonfuls
5. Mayonnaise
6. Carrot for color, shave little pieces in.
7. Bread of choice
To Do:
Press out as much oil as you can from the Smoked Trout cans.
Plop Trout into a bowl
Drop in relishes, pickled goods & shaved carrot into the mix.
Spoon in a few large helpings of Mayonnaise into the mix.
Stir together until consistently mixed.
Put into a bowl to serve or save for later when you want something fast easy and tasty.
Notes:
Usually makes a few sandwiches, Spreading the Cheer!
