Keto Avocado Omelette Recipe
Makes 1 Serving
2.5g NC
Ingredients:
1 Tbs Ghee
2 Eggs
Salt
Pepper
Crushed Red Chili Pepper
1/2 Avocado
In a skillet heat Ghee over medium low heat.
Beat 2 Eggs.
Pour Eggs into hot Ghee.
Add Salt, Pepper & Crushed Red Chili pepper to taste.
Cook 3-4 minutes until set.
Crisscross cut 1/2 an Avocado.
Loosen Omelette edges.
Flip
Squeeze on Avocado.
Fold Omelette
