■ Recipe ■

【Ingredients】
・Parfait Amour: 45ml
・Fresh lemon juice: 15ml
・Simple syrup: about 5ml
・Soda: as needed
・Lemon slice (for garnish)

【How to Make】
① Prepare a lemon slice for garnish.
② Pour 45ml of Parfait Amour into a shaker.
③ Add 15ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
④ Add about 5ml (1 teaspoon) of simple syrup, lightly stir, and taste to adjust.
⑤ Add ice to the shaker, then shake vigorously to blend the ingredients well.
⑥ Place two large ice cubes into a pre-chilled glass.
⑦ Strain the shaken mixture into the glass and gently top with soda.
⑧ Lift the ice slightly to lightly stir the drink.
⑨ Garnish with the lemon slice, and it’s ready to enjoy.
