Ingredients:
Chicken Marination
2 chicken breast
1 tsp chopped garlic
½ tsp chopped thyme
1 tsp chopped parsley
Salt to taste
Juice of half a lemon
1 tsp Italian seasoning
3 tbsp Olive Oil
For the Mash poatatoes
1 cup boiled mashed potato
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp chopped parsley
Salt to taste
½ Cream (warm)
For the veggies
1 tsp Butter
2 tsp chopped onions
1 tsp chopped garlic
5-6 carrot sticks
½ cup sliced mushrooms
7-8 green beans
½ tsp chilli flakes
¼ tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp chopped parsley
For Paprika Cream Sauce
1 tsp olive oil
¼ cup chopped onions
1 tsp chopped garlic
½ cup cream
½ tsp paprika powder
¼ tsp thyme
Salt to taste


Method:
1. Take all the ingredients for the marination besides the chicken & mix well
2. Check the seasoning for salt & pepper, now add the chicken mix well & let it marinate for 15 mins
3. Boil potatoes & mash well, add the rest of the ingredients & combine well, keep warm & transfer to a piping bag
Saute the veggies in onions, garlic, thyme, chilli flakes & other spices, keep warm
4. Prepare the cream sauce by sauteing onions, garlic in olive oil, then add the cream, paprika & thyme, season well & remove
5. Grill the chicken in a griller for 8 mins till cooked.
6. Plate with mash at the bottom, veggies on top & finish with the grilled chicken
7. Pour the paprika cream sauce over the chicken
8. Gobble! Gobble! Gobble!
