These gatherings are rooted in the ancient Hawaiian spiritual wisdom of Living Aloha, offered not as philosophy, but as lived, embodied experience.

In this space, you may experience:

Voice as a creative and restorative force
Simple ritual using spoken word and presence
Gentle, contained reflection and connection
A sense of belonging without pressure to perform or share

This is not a traditional sharing circle.
You are never required to speak in the larger group.
