Описание: Heavy rains have wrecked havoc across Uttarakhand. One person was killed and 4 were injured when a building collapsed at Helang near Joshimath in Chamoli district of Uttarakhand. Rescue operations continued late into the night. The victims were workers of a crusher unit in the area.
