Manitou Springs' Cliff Dwellings!

When we heard about this site, we were amazed at it being real! In the early 1900s, this Native American cliff dwelling site was transported across Colorado in an effort to preserve it. This was actually one of the first cultural preservation efforts by the US government which we thought was really neat.

Walking through it is like being transported to another time - it's actually pretty hard to imagine life like this because of how much it differs from our lives.

There are plaques all around and we had so much fun learning while exploring and we hope you enjoy it as well!

Hi! We are Marshall and Sabrina, a couple from Colorado who are eager to see the world! We quit our jobs and packed our bags to pursue a life of full-time travel.

Our travels began in 2022 where we spent a month and a half navigating through new territory and adjusting to living out of a suitcase.
