Hello everyone 💓
Today I’m making a soft and tender steamed omelet — very simple and healthy!
Ingredients:
• 4 eggs (250 ml egg mixture)
• 250 ml milk
• A pinch of salt
Instructions:
Crack 4 eggs into a bowl. The total egg mixture should measure about 250 ml.
Lightly beat the eggs with a fork — do not whisk.
Add 250 ml milk (the same amount as the eggs).
Add a pinch of salt.
Gently mix everything together. Do not whip or create foam — just stir until combined.
Pour the mixture into a heatproof dish.
Place the dish into a pot of hot water (water bath).
Cover with a lid.
Bring the water to a boil, then cook the omelet in gently boiling water for about 20 minutes.
Carefully remove the dish from the water.
Use a silicone spatula to gently loosen the edges.
Remove the omelet from the dish.
