WHY THIS CONSTITUTION EXISTS
We, the descendants of enslaved Africans, colonized peoples, and Indigenous nations, declare:
For 500+ years, European colonization fragmented the African diaspora. We were:

Physically scattered across continents through slavery
Mentally colonized through psychological violence (Fanon)
Economically extracted through underdevelopment (Rodney)
Culturally erased through historical falsification (Diop)
Politically divided through neocolonial borders (Nkrumah)

Existing constitutions—both Western and postcolonial—have FAILED us because they:

Reproduce colonial logic (individualism over Ubuntu, extraction over reciprocity)
Ignore psychological colonization (no mechanisms for decolonizing minds)
Permit ongoing economic extraction (neocolonial dependency structures)
Erase African contributions (no recognition of civilization's African origins)
Criminalize resistance (revolutionary organizing is "terrorism")
Divide diaspora from continent (no Pan-African political structures)
Separate Black liberation from Indigenous sovereignty (divide and conquer continues)

Therefore, this Constitution establishes:
A PAN-AFRICAN/PAN-AMERICAN LIBERATION FRAMEWORK that:

Unifies African diaspora + Indigenous nations
Integrates psychological + economic + cultural + political liberation
Provides practical governance structures (Oracle Councils)
Honors ancestral wisdom (MA'AT, Ubuntu, Consciencism)
Builds toward complete sovereignty by 2027

This is the FOURTH PILLAR of our constitutional framework, joining:

Child-AI Codex (technology liberation)
MISHIKA Nation Constitution (Indigenous sovereignty)
Morgano Trust Framework (seven-generation wealth)
Pan-African/Pan-American Liberation Constitution (diaspora unity)
