1kg goat's meat,
2onions,
4garlic cloves,
1tbsp tomato paste,
3crushed tomatoes,
3Carrots
2greenpeppers,
Coriander,
1tbsp Royco,
3tbsp all purpose flour (browning)
Salt and pepper.
1tsp Cumin, paprika.
1/2tsp turmeric.
