Ingredients
• 1 jalapeño, diced
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 3 cups fresh blueberries
• 1½ cups ketchup
• 6 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 6 tbsp brown sugar
• 3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 3 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1½ tsp paprika
• ¾ tsp garlic powder
• Salt, to taste
1. Sauté the jalapeño in olive oil over medium heat until soft. Add remaining ingredients, stir, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer ~10 minutes. Blend until smooth and store in the fridge up to 7 days.
