Ingredients
🥔 5-6 potatoes
🥔 6 tbsp butter, melted
🥔 1/2 tsp black pepper
🥔 1 tsp salt
🥔 1 tbsp garlic powder
🥔 1 tsp fresh thyme
Step by step
🥔 Attach the Spiralizer attachment fitted with the Slicing blade (small core) to the stand mixer. Attach the potatoes and spiralize them on speed 2.
🥔 Mix the melted butter with black pepper, salt, garlic powder and fresh thyme.
🥔 Place the potatoes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush the potatoes with the melted butter mixture. Bake for 25 minutes in a 180°C preheated oven.
