Dr. Cesar Guerrero: There was a group of patients with very little bones. Professor Branemark, again, developed implants that will go into the adjacent bones. So, instead of just being down into the teeth level, they will go all the way up to the cheekbones. By doing that, you got the possibility of engaging 15 to 20 millimeters in this bone up here. We started doing these technologies, where we can help patients with very little bones.

The lower jaw was still a problem because, with age, the bone tends to be very small. So, they were a concept developed by Professor Branemark and Kenji Higuchi. It's called, Novum, which is based on 3 dental implants that are assembled together with infrastructure. The 3 implants are connected by the infrastructure and put in together.

That technology was modified by Higuchi, again, and it's called Trefoil. And that technology allows you to do mandibles of 10 mm, 11 mm of height and place 3 implants, and deliver the teeth on the same day of the surgery.

In other words, we do have the technology. We do have the capacity of placing dental implants and immediately load in about 99% of the clinical subscriptions.
