Juan Carlos Ramos is the on-farm research coordinator for the Nutrient Management Spear Program (NMSP). The NMSP recognizes the important of on-farm research when it comes to aiding farmers in the identification and implementation of beneficial strategies for field crop nutrient management. Ramos plays a key role in the success of these research trials, specifically spearheading the Value of Manure and Power of Manure projects.
