Описание: Here I show you a method of growing amoeba so that they become easier to observe under the microscope. Disclaimer: the growth of unknown microorganisms is not entirely without risk. Of course you must observe general hygienics and not touch the decomposing wheat grain. Also disinfect the slides if you want to reuse them (or throw them away). Do not touch the decomposing material, clean everything afterwards with alcohol or disinfectant and keep the overall amount of food added low.
