Total Gym Chest and Back Workout | Follow Along (30 min)

Описание: This is a follow-along workout working Chest and Back using a Total Gym (or Weider Ultimate Body Works). Based on the shorter rest periods, this should take you about 30 minutes to complete. I'm trying a little different format and tried to make this a true "follow along" with a timer (set for 20sec) that will countdown until the next exercise starts. You can always pause the workout to allow more time as well. I would recommend looking below at the workout is so you have an idea of what to expect.
I also allow some extra time to set up for the next exercise. But there are some exercises where you'll see the timer start during the end of a set, indicating that we will transition right into the next exercise right away. Let me know how you like this setup and if you want to see more of it.

Workout: 3 Circuits (2 exercises each) for 20 reps x 20 sec rest

1:14 - Warm up Set Start / Circuit 1 Start: Chest Press / Single Arm Row *Carabiner Clip Reccomended
11:16 : Circuit 2 Start: Inverted Press / Pull up
20:03 - Circuit 3 Start: Chest Fly / Supine Pullover
