The Tour du Mont Blanc (TMB) is a multi-day hiking tour that circles the Mont Blanc Massif. This tour leads hikers through breathtaking landscapes, taking advantage of charming mountain huts and hotels along the way, as it passes through France, Italy, and Switzerland. The entire route is approximately 170 km (106 miles) with a whopping 10,000 meters (32,808 feet) of elevation gain.

The ladder section is between Tré-Les Champs and the turn-off for Lac Blanc, just above Argentière. It can be bypassed.
