Hi everyone!👋
I'm Gayyem Ben, a Filipino country folk from Nueva Vizcaya Province, Philippines. I'm sharing a glimpse of my life in the countryside through this channel. I plant and harvest vegetables, I fish, I forage and cook Filipino dishes especially those foods I grew up with. In my cooking, there are three rules - it should be easy, yummy and healthy!
