Here we have the last and the best World Heroes game. World Heroes Perfect was released in arcades and only received a Saturn conversion at that time. so, I played this for the first time, only when I got mine World Heroes anthology for PS2. In this game, unlike WH 2 Jet, we fight one character per stage and every stage is set in a time period. Every character has an "ABC Special Move" that can be activated by pressing the A, B, and C buttons at the same time. The last boss is Neo Dio, one of the cheaper bosses of all fighting games! He reacts every attempt of attack, the only way I could find to beat him is attack first, stop (he will not attack me if I don't attack him) and win by time up. A cheap strategy for a cheap boss!

The story of this game: "A year has passed since the dark tournament association's movements... The world was peaceful and invitations for the third World Heroes' tournament were mailed by Doctor Brown himself. Heroes who wanted to prove themselves, rivals who wanted their matches settled, and other fighters began to gather once more for the decisive tournament. The news of Zeus' participation was also part of the agenda for those who wanted revenge. The tournament's organization was already desperate but that was not its only horror!"
