Описание: On Thursday night, the President announced sweeping changes to his cabinet. The Department of Communications and Digital Technologies is under new leadership again. Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams who has been the minister since 2014 has been moved to the Department of Small Business Development. She has been replaced by Minister Khumbudzo Ntshavheni. The new Deputy Minister Philly Mapulane replaces Pinky Kekana. The Communications Department has been like a revolving door with more than 11 ministers in some sort of communications portfolio in 12 years.
