Russia violates territorial integrity of Ukraine recognizing NGCA. Fake Russian media claims

Russia is officially ready to recognize the independence and sovereignty of the Russian-backed occupation administrations formed in the territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions outside of Ukraine's control. Russian President Vladimir Putin said this during an urgent address to the nation. Chairs of the European Commission and European Council stated that this act constitues a violation of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine on the side of Russia.

Ukraine did not attack or send saboteurs to Russia. The headquarters of the Joint Forces Operation denied claims of Russian media about the so-called invasion of Ukraine in Russia.

As for a possible Biden-Putin security summit, Dmytro Kuleba welcomed an initiative and pointed out the format that would be most preferable for Ukraine.
