The system allows loading up to 9 profiles with a maximum length of 7000 mm onto the conveyor. A servo motor–controlled profile holder, capable of horizontal positioning, securely clamps profiles of different shapes and dimensions, transferring them seamlessly to the cutting, drilling, and milling units.

Equipped with servo-driven technology, the 550 mm vertical saw performs automatic angle cutting between 30° and 150° with an accuracy of ±0.1 mm, ensuring superior precision and repeatability in every operation.
