The first week of March 2026 included client deadlines, chasing unpaid invoices, editing multiple podcasts, and heading to Cambridge to cowork with the brilliant Cowork Crew.

Along the way there was a mastermind session, live workshops, a washing machine emergency, and the usual ups and downs of freelancing - including finding out I didn’t get a project I was really hoping for.

But that’s freelance life: wins, setbacks, getting the work done - all made better by being surrounded by community. And cake.
