Coding Log #1 - After 2 years of being self taught, these are my thoughts on learning to code.

Описание: Coding Log #1 - I've been learning to code for
about 2 years. I'd like to share my thoughts with
you on the learning experience and hopefully you
find this helpful if you're thinking of starting or
are currently learning how to be a programmer.
I believe it's important to pause, do a bit of self
reflection and ask yourself:
"Why am I doing this?"
Too often I see people begin their journey
without understanding their own motivations
for doing so. Anyone can learn how to build
software, especially now with all the free and
readily available resources one can find on
the internet, but it's really easy to become
overwhelmed and discouraged when you haven't
cultivated a healthy mindset
So take a moment and really ask yourself:
"What is driving me and am I taking the right
approach in my learning?
