STORY: They met and they fell for each other, so they had sex but katherine wants to keep it hidden. Elena doesn't like that so she goes out with stefan to drive katherine mad. They get together again, but then kat kisses Damon in front of Elena for pure revenge on her and elena makes her leave town. A few months later Elena realizes that she never unfell for her and askes her to come back.
