JFK Terminal 4 is massive. If you walk the whole thing, you’re looking at a solid 15 to 20 minutes. But here is the pro-tip: The Delta JFK Jitney."
There are three main stops you need to know:

Gate B23 (roughly halfway down the B concourse)

Gate B54 (at the very end of the B concourse)

Near Gate A9 (over in the A concourse)
