Описание:
The Childs Pose with Reach is an exercise to stretch your hips, thighs, ankles, lower back and obliques.
1) Kneel on your mat with your knees, and lie your torso down onto your thighs with your forehead on the ground.
2) Reach your arms forward and hold this position.
3) Walk your hands over to the left to lengthen the right side of your spine. Focus on breathing into your right rib cage.
4) Then walk your hands to the right to stretch the left side of your back.
5) Repeat all 3 sides.
