The purpose of these OST uploads is to provide engine-accurate soundtrack rips. Some of SMG's music is sequenced instead of streamed, and SMG's audio engine has some extra functionality that standardized sequence formats (like MIDI) don't support. Many OSTs online try to emulate this by extracting the game's sequences to a MIDI and soundfont, however those aren't 100% accurate. Our recent achievements in SMG audio modding however allow us to properly isolate and record these soundtracks. The audiophiles will appreciate it!
