Homemade Biscuits With Fried Pork Tenderloin & Creamy Gravy!
Biscuit Recipe
2 cups self rising flour
1 stick of frozen butter (unsalted or Salted)
1 cup of buttermilk
bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes
I put an extra sheet pan under mine so the bottoms will not be too dark
Mix all ingredients roll out and use a lid or a biscuit cutter to cut out your biscuits
Fried Pork Tenderloin
1/2 half of a 3 pound pork tenderloin
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup self rising flour
3 cups cooking oil
smash out your tenderloin until they are all about the same size and are flat to your desire taste
then dredge into self rising flour and then buttermilk and then again to the flour. Fry at 350 degrees for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until internal 165 degrees
Cream Gravy
1 tablespoon of cooking oil
1/4 cup flour
1 cup of water
1 tsp to 1 tsp &1/2 of black pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup cream
1 tsp onion powder
1 cup of milk
This gravy is rich, peppery, and downright comforting
