Описание: The Beaufort Open Heart Calendar Automatic is a fitting tribute to its namesake and inspiration - Sir Francis Beaufort the famed hydrographer, scientist, and officer of the Royal Navy. As a timepiece, the 8083 joins a long line of classically dressy timepieces from Earnshaw with the spirit of true watchmaking at the very essence of their build and design.

Measuring a very wearable 43 mm in diameter the pillar sidewalls create a classic 18th century feeling to this timepiece in shape and form. The dial is a remarkable interplay of finishing, construction and function offering the wearer – at a glance viewing of the day, month and via 2 large apertures that command over the dial underneath the logo at the 12 o’clock position.

A semi-opaque cutaway hints at the intricacy and layering of the movement –which is more visible – at the 6’oclock position. This cutaway view is an absorbing view into the watch with the visible flywheel and is a fittingly technical yet elegant statement to the watch. Powered by a 29 Jewel – self-winding customized automatic movement visible through the exhibition case back – the Beaufort is stunningly sophisticated yet practically useful timepiece that is a testament to the skilled watchmaking legacy of the Earnshaw brand.
