राहुल गांधी ने संसद में चर्चा के स्तर को सबसे निचले स्तर पर ला दिया. राहुल गांधी ने बजट पर चर्चा में हिस्सा लिया. इल्जाम लगाया कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने अमेरिका के हाथों देश बेच दिया है. मोदी की गर्दन अमेरिका ने दबा रखी है. इसलिए मोदी ने देशहित का सौदा कर लिया. इसके बाद राहुल गांधी ने एपस्टीन फाइल का जिक्र किया. कहा कि एपस्टीन फाइल में केन्द्रीय मंत्री हरदीप पुरी का नाम है, इसलिए मोदी अमेरिका से डर गए. राहुल ने जो इल्जाम लगाए, उनका कोई आधार नहीं था.
