2021 Cruella De Vil Makeup Tutorial Dramatic Eyes and Lips

Описание: Cruella makeup is all about the dramatic eyes and sharp lines. I gave a talking tutorial a try this time and go through each step in putting on my Cruella makeup. I think I may say "wing it out" and "don't hold back" a few too many times, but I manage to cover all the basics in getting the look.
The one thing I forgot is her beauty mark! So don't forget to make that little dot near your eye.

You're going to need a black eye liner, black shadow, and a silver shadow to do this look. And some dramatic red lipstick!
The makeup I'm using: DHC liquid liner, The Little One eye shadow palette by Lawless, and The Vice Reloaded palette by Urban Decay.
