March is a special month in the Pilates world — a time to honor the 34 classical mat exercises that are the foundation of the method. This year, I’m inviting you to celebrate with me. I am sharing a 50 minute on-demand pilates class eaturing thoughtful variations of all 34 classical exercises. Whether you’re new to Pilates or have been practicing for years, this class is designed to help you deepen your understanding and allows you to experience the full-body power of the original sequence.
You will need a small towel and a small stability ball or pillow for this practice.
