Transcript: My name is Craig Leen. I am on the board of RespectAbility. My hope for the future of the disability movement is that disability be viewed as something that should be part of everyday life. That -- people with disabilities should be included in all aspects of life, in employment, in social services, in recreation, in entertainment, in every job that you can imagine. I would like to see people with disabilities fully included. I want to make sure that the A is added to DEI, so that they are diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility programs. I think that that’s important. I want disability discrimination to be viewed as importantly as discrimination based on race or gender. Racism and sexism in employment is completely wrong, and people should view discrimination based on disability the same way. And I feel that if we build a world like that, it’ll be better for everyone.
