INGREDIENTS FOR BEEF CURRY.
1 and 1/2 pound meat.
4 green cardamom.(elaichi)
1 black cardamom.(kaalee elaichi)
1tsp cumin seeds.(jeera)
5 to 6 black pepper.(kaalee mirch).
5 to 6 cloves.(laung)
1 medium size onion.
1 tbsp garlic paste.(lasun)
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste.(adarak-lahsun)
2 medium size tomatoes puree.
1/2 cup yogurt (dahee)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder.(haldi)
1 tbsp coriander+cumin powder. (dhaniya-jeera
1tbsp red chilli powder.(kashmiri mirch)
salt as per your taste.
1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves.(methi)
1 tsp dried mint powder.(pudina)
1 tsp garam masala.
1/4 tsp mace powder.(javitri)
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder.(jaiphal)
