Описание: A general northern Illinois thunderstorm just after midnight on 6/25/2023, weak (for the Midwest) and not severe. 1.36" of rain. Severe drought has gripped us all Summer so far, so the storm videos have been non-existent. This is a test for my new Go Pro Hero 9. Microphone attached. The sound came out great. It was also a great sleeping thunderstorm with light to moderate rain, and occasional thunder. The video is actually much darker than my previous videos recorded on a cell phone, but it was much easier to handle. I didn't have to hold a phone for along time. Future stronger thunderstorms and other severe weather will likely be recorded this way.
