Meatloaf Layer
2 lbs ground beef
1 cup milk
1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs (Italian & Herb)
2 large eggs
1 small onion, finely diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp salt
1½ tsp black pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp paprika
CWT All-Purpose Chicken Seasoning
2 tsp beef bouillon
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ cup ketchup
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Loaded Potato Layer
3 lbs yellow or russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
Salt for boiling
4 tbsp butter
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup heavy cream (or milk)
½ cup sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste
cooked bacon, crumbled

Toppings
1½ cups shredded cheddar or Colby Jack
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Green onions or parsley, or chives (optional)

Homemade Brown Gravy
Ingredients
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp all purpose flour
2 1/2 cups beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
salt to taste
1/2 tsp Kitchen Bouquet or browning sauce
