Crispy Fries with Creamy, Cheesy and Spicy Tandoori Sauce! 😃😋

Had a wonderful time making these crispy fries and specially the tandoori sauce which turned out super amazing and tasted super delicious with fries! Do try this delicious combination of fries with tandoori sauce and share your experience with us! 😃♥️

For Tandoori Sauce
• 1 TBSP Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
• ½ TBSP Coriander Powder
• ¼ TSP Black Salt
• ½ TSP Jeera Powder
• ½ TSP Aamchur Powder
• ¼ TSP Garam Masala
• ¼ TSP Kasuri Methi
• Mix Everything Well
• Tandoori Masala is Ready
• In a Medium Heat Pan, Add 3 TBSP Butter
• Add 1 TBSP Chopped Garlic
• Add 1 TSP Chopped Green Chillies
• Saute for a Minute
• Add 2 TBSP All Purpose Flour
• Cook on Low Flame for 2-3mins
• Gradually Add 375ml Milk and Keep Stirring
• Make Sure there are no Lumps in Sauce
• Cook for 2-3mins
• Add 1.5 TBSP Tandoori Masala
• 1 TSP Oregano
• ¼ TSP Chilli Flakes
• Salt to Taste
• Mix Everything Well and Cook for 1-2mins
• Add 2 Cheese Slices (You can also Grate Processed Cheese or Mozzarella Cheese)
• Cook Until Cheese Melts
• Tandoori Sauce is Ready

For Fries
• Take 4 Medium Sized Potatoes and Peel off the Skin
• Cut them into ½cm Thick Sticks
• Add Water and Rinse Well then Keep it for 5-10mins
• Drain off the Water and Add Fresh Water to it
• In a pot Add Water and Let it Simmer till you see light bubbles
• Add fries into the water and par boil them
• Once Done, Drain them in a plate and Spread Evenly and Let it dry
• For First Frying Heat Oil at Slow Temperature
• For Second Frying Heat Oil at Medium Temperature
• Fry until they turn Golden Brown
• Sprinkle some Salt and Toss Well
• Pour Tandoori Sauce on Fries
• Serve with Mayo Sauce and Ketchup
