Joe Parvey of House of Stereo in Jacksonville, FL takes a listen to the new Stenheim Two.Five floorstanders at Capital Audio Fest 2023. This is the American debut of the Swiss company's first floorstanders, featuring aluminum cabinets and high-efficiency drivers.
Driving the Alumine Two.Five's is the Primare PRE35 Prisma DM36 fully balanced preamplifier, network player and DAC, featuring the new DM36 advanced DAC module with MQA processing for $5250, Primare's R35 MM/MC phono preamp for $2000, and Primare's A35.2 stereo amp, a pair bridged to mono for $3900 each. They are house in Pangea Audio's 5-shelf audio rack.
