Day 2 of my first time ice climbing… and well, that escalated quickly!
On our three-day ice climbing trip in Italy, day 2 was a massive step up. The first day already blew my mind with how high we climbed, and somehow we decided to take on an even bigger frozen waterfall near a tiny, isolated mountain village. I was starting to shake off the nerves from day 1… until I hit vertical sections that made me look straight up and think, “How is this even possible?”
Expect plenty of slips, falls, and many little yelps along the way... with fellow climbers cheerleading when we needed it most.
