During our time in Thailand, we focused on functional fitness-style training to stay active while also embracing the beauty of Thai culture. We explored local cuisine through a hands-on Thai cooking class, learned the basics of Muay Thai from local coaches, and took time to reflect and connect while visiting the sacred Wat Chalong Temple.

One of the most powerful moments of the trip was visiting an ethical elephant sanctuary where we had the chance to feed and bathe rescued elephants - an experience that left a lasting impression on all of us.

Whether we were exploring Phuket’s beaches, enjoying delicious traditional meals, or simply connecting as a group, this retreat was about so much more than just fitness. It was about creating space to explore, try new things, and fill our souls with what we love most: travel and adventure.
