The Center for Educational Assessment of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, in collaboration with the Indonesian Educational Evaluation Association (HEPI) and Indonesian International Islamic University (UIII), proudly presents a Public Lecture by David Andrich, Emeritus Professor, Graduate School of Education and Senior Honorary Research Fellow, Medical School at the University of Western Australia. The public lecture is entitled "The Polytomous Rasch Model for Social Measurement".
Prof. David Andrich is one of the most prominent advocates of Rasch's probabilistic measurement models, and worked with Georg Rasch in 1977. His work has ranged from the philosophy of measurement, through model exposition and interpretation, to software development (RUMM). Some of these publications are listed in articles on the Rasch model and polytomous Rasch model.
