Do not worry if you see your succulents leaves turn black underside. This video shows you a type of fungal infection that all succulent growers will always face. Grey mold and black sooty mold are easy to treat and prevent. Putting your succulents at a well-ventilated place is vital. Prepare yourself some fungicide and you are good to go.
For fungicide brand: Personally, I use 'Carbendazim'. You need to use several fungicide to treat / prevent fungus.
