Описание: In accordance with the Protect Our Students Act (Session Law 2023-128/House Bill 142), the North Carolina Center for Safer Schools has developed and produced age-appropriate safety videos for students in grades six through twelve. These videos include the essential information outlined in G.S. 115C-12(47) and are designed to educate and empower students to help keep themselves and their schools safe. Distributed to all public-school units — and available to nonpublic schools upon request — the videos fulfill the legislative requirement for implementation beginning with the 2024-2025 school year. As mandated by law, production and distribution were completed by Fall 2024.
