Two-up Test Run - Will the RS be a good fit for a road trip? | 2016 BMW R1200RS

Описание: At the end of September we intend to go on a road trip on the RS! It will be the first time that we'll be going to a BMW Motorcycle Owners of America (MOA) event together, and getting there the right way ... on a BMW motorcycle. It will also be the first long trip for Donna as a pillion. Its been a while since we went on a road trip on the RS and I wanted to get an idea if the bike would still be comfortable enough. After all we're not as "slender" as we used to be! We also needed Donna to test her new motorcycle boots and the "dew-rag" she got to keep her hair not looking like "bed-head". So we went on this 80+ mile ride in a hot and humid Sunday morning. Well, we both ended up having a good time over the 3+ hours and the boots and dew rag both passed muster, as did our fit on the RS - good to know!
