DB SEATED PRONATED SHOULDER PRESS TUTORIAL
1. Elevate to 90'
2. Raise both DB to your shoulders and create a wide base with your feet
3. As your press the DBs up, make sure to keep your biceps in line with your ear. Don't let the DB glide forward. Be controlled, drop your shoulders and squeeze your upper back at the bottom of the movement to stabilise.
The DB Pronated Seated Shoulder Press is a great exercise to improve your shoulder strength and muscle growth.
