Hi guys, welcome to the part-1 of the series where you will learn "how to register a Partnership firm/AOP (Association of Persons) online in Pakistan and get your business registration certificate/Form-C?"

Now, let's see how you can perform a partnership firm registration online:

1) Register yourself with the "Ease of doing business portal" by clicking on this link: https://register.business.punjab.gov.pk/

2) Once you have registered yourself then use the username and password you received on your email to log yourself into the business portal. Start entering your details by clicking the "Register new Business" tab.

3) Pay your bank challan fee of Rs. 100/- via the mobile app by following the below steps:
a) Login to your app
b) Tap Pay bills
c) Tap New biller
d) Select "Government payments" in Category
e) Select "GoPb" in New biller name
f) Enter your PSID next to Reference No./Consumer ID and tap validate
g) Click pay
h) Click Confirm (you will immediately receive OTP (one-time-password) on your mobile)
i) Enter OTP and your CHALLAN will be paid off

4) Go ahead and print your witness form/Form-1 via the portal.

5) Now, go to the e-stamping website and generate bank challan 32-A for your non-judicial Partnership deed/ stamp paper 46(b).

6) Take the bank challan to the Bank of Punjab and pay the fee. Once payment is done, the Bank Of Punjab would issue you the stamp paper on the spot.

7) On the stamp paper, write down your partnership details and the constitution.

8) Once you have written the details on the stamp paper, get it signed by all the partners and two witnesses

9) Notarize the above original documents and their copies

10) Scan the attested documents and upload them to the business portal.

In 48 hours registrar of the firms office will issue you the business registration certificate, also called "Form-C" (Congratulations!!).
