The Fairhills neighborhood is one of three housing tracts in Orange County developed by Joseph Eichler in the 1960's (the others are Fairhaven and Fairmeadow - I have videos on them, too). These Eichler-designed homes are considered iconic examples of mid-century modern architecture. They are highly sought after by homebuyers who appreciate the eclectic design and historic value of these homes. More information can be found here:
