VAC Motorsports has been pushing the boundaries of what is possible from the BMW S54 engine since its introduction to the world back in 2000. We have found the limits of the engine - the stock cast iron block can only hold up to 900-1000 HP. A solid aluminum billet block entirely in house at VAC to once again push the boundaries of BMW's most famous straight six engine.

Oversized 12 mm Custom Age 625+ head studs that anchor 4" deep from the deck surface

Accepts factory oil filter housing

Accepts factory front and rear main seals
Compatible with factory water pump
